Owner
CaSandra has been in clerical positions for over 10 years, wearing many hats including office management, payroll, QuickBooks accounting, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, scheduling, data entry, inventory management and more. She has an associate's degree and has taken college courses in Microsoft office. She has also completed 8 different certifications in areas such as Microsoft outlook, windows, and handling sensitive information. CaSandra helped open and maintain a veterinary clinic and found great joy in helping a small business owner in her day-to-day functions. She is now very excited to get an opportunity to help other business owners so that they can focus their attention on what they love. CaSandra is a stay-at-home mother of her two small children and spends her free time crafting and baking.
As of 2023, CaSandra is now officially a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor. She is an asset to our team and an asset to YOUR business.
TEAM MEMBER
Teresa Soares is a retired bookkeeper with 26 years of service for Washington County, Arkansas. 21 of those years were dedicated to the Tax Collectors Office and 5 years in the Grants Department. She has also helped with administration and bookkeeping for a small business in NWA prior to joining us at Admin Allegiant and she is a notary for the public. She started working with Admin Allegiant in June of 2023 and enjoys getting the opportunity to help lighten the load of business owners from the comfort of her home office.
Teresa is a proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters and a super proud grandmother of 5. In her free time, she raises chickens on her homestead in Eastern Oklahoma. Teresa is a happy person and a hard worker who can usually be found whistling her way through any situation.
FOUNDER
Lindsey started Admin Allegiant when she saw a need in her community for a solution to the overworked small business owners in her life. She noticed that they were so swamped with the day-to-day repetitive administrative tasks of running a business, that they barely had the time to actually grow their business and enjoy what they do. After 5 years of administrative experience in the insurance industry, Lindsey decided in 2019 to become a Virtual Assistant and offer small business owners the solution they have been looking for to reach the next level.
Lindsey has taken time away from the business to homeschool her four kids (2 sets of twin boys!) but will always be a huge part of the Admin Allegiant family.
